Privacy Policy
Effective November 9, 2026. This policy covers River Valley Communities, LLC, which manages The District in Little Elm at 300 Lakefront Dr., Little Elm, TX 75068.
Information we collect. We collect your mobile phone number when you give it to us: in person at the leasing office, on the guest card, on the lease application, and on the online leasing and resident portals linked from this site. Anything else you tell us alongside it — your name, your email address, the floor plan you want, your move-in date — we use to answer you and to run your tenancy.
This website itself. These pages are a brochure. They host no forms, set no cookies, and collect nothing on their own. A contact link here opens your own mail application and sends mail straight to our leasing office.
How we use it. We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to deliver text messages about your leasing inquiry, tour, application, and resident account, to send community news, urgent notifications, and events, and to improve how we serve you.
Message content. Our text messages cover your leasing inquiry, your tour, your application, your resident account, community news, urgent notifications, and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to end all messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also call (469) 830-0300 or email leasing@districtinlittleelm.com. See the text message section of our Terms of Service.
Who touches your number. A number you give us for texting goes to the carrier and to the messaging platform that delivers a message on our behalf, and only to deliver it. A number you type into the leasing or resident portal is also held by the company that runs that portal, named below.
Data security and sharing. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. No transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. The sharing described anywhere in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; we share that information with no third party.
Third-party services. Some links on this site take you to services operated by other companies:
- Our online leasing application and resident portal are powered by Rent Manager (London Computer Systems, Inc.). Information you submit there, including a phone number, is governed by the Rent Manager Privacy Statement.
- Our 3D apartment tours are hosted by Matterport, our maps are embedded from Google Maps, and our property map is embedded from Engrain SightMap. Each is governed by its own provider's privacy policy.
CTIA compliance. Our text message program follows CTIA guidelines. Report a concern to us using the contact details below.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. We post the updated version on this page. Continuing to use the site or the text message program after a change means you accept the revised policy.
